Based on more than 20 years of experience of designing and fabricating high quality machines in Taiwan, the original parent company (KINGSWEL GROUP) invested in establishing extrusion machines manufacturing base in Shanghai in 1999. Depending on KINGSWEL GROUP’s abundant human resource and normative administrant system, accompanied with tens of world-famous domestic and foreign vendors, we strive for providing customers with professional plastic extrusion line of excellent performance meanwhile competitive price.

BAOD EXTRUSION is also the cooperative manufacturer of Japanese GSI Greos Company and Switzerland BEXSOL SA in Shanghai region, there are tens of extrusion equipment being exported to Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia every year.
In 2018, BAOD EXTRUSION invested in building a factory of 16,000 square meters in Haian State-level Economic Development Zone in Nantong City Jiangsu Province as a new R&D and manufacturing base and established "Jiangsu BAODIE Automation Equipment CO., LTD." company, which further enhanced the enterprise's capacity and R&D ability.

● We will continue to pay attention to the needs of users in the automotive and medical industries, and optimize the details of the equipment from the perspective of users in the automotive and medical extrusion industries, becoming better and approaching perfection step by step in terms of safety, efficiency, humanization, and automation of the extrusion equipment;

Start OEM cooperation with Japanese GSI Greos company and sold plastic extrusion machine to Japanese customer.
2003

Start OEM cooperation with Japanese GSI Greos company and sold plastic extrusion machine to Japanese customer.

Completed ISO9001 and CE certification.In the same year, developed and sold
2005

Completed ISO9001 and CE certification.In the same year, developed and sold "SPVC automobile sealing strip extruders" to "INOAC HUAGUANG" and "Toyoda-GOSEI".

Cooperated with Fresenius company to developed the first
2006

Cooperated with Fresenius company to developed the first "High speed SPVC precision medical tube extrusion line", production speed: 100m/min. Cooperated with JYCO company to developed the first "Three co-extrusion TPV automobile sealing strip production line". Lay the foundation for our company in automobile sealing industry. Developed the first set of "PA automobile fuel tube extrusion line" and sold it to customer from Hubei, China.

The second generation
2008

The second generation "Precision tube high speed extrusion line" was developed, adopted "Volumetric mould design & Dual servo pulling" technology. Small diameter tube extrusion accuracy raises to +/-0.05mm. Average CPK value: ≥1.67.

2010

Refined and adjusted the product development direction, adopts differentiation management strategy, concentrates on the research and development "Precise extrusion technology". The third generation "Precision tube extrusion line" was developed successfully. Adopted "weak vacuum forming technology", Vacuum control accuracy: +/-0.1Kpa. Further improves extrusion efficiency and accuracy. Cooperated with TAIER times (In BEIJING, China.), developed the first extruder for 3D Printing filament extrusion line.

Cooperated with Japan Sanoh, delivered the first set of

Cooperated with Japan Sanoh, delivered the first set of "High speed PA automobile tube extrusion line", production speed of specification¢8x6 gets to 50m/min. Developed the first set of "3 layer PA automobile oil tube extrusion line" in the same year.

Expanded the scale of operation, factory moved to FENGRAO Road, Jiading district.  Factory area 6000m2. Through continuous technological upgrading and accumulation, BAOD EXTRUSION had been earning a very good reputation in the medical industry and the automobile industry, the brand image of precision extrusion appeared gradually.

On the basis of continuous good development for many years, company further expands the scale of production capacity and invests in the construction of a new factory of 16000㎡ in Jiangsu Haian national economic development zone, which was put into operation at the end of 2019. R&D and production capacity have been greatly improved.

New energy vehicle projects have achieved leapfrog development, through further technological upgrading, patent technology integration, has formed with obvious technical advantages of TPV knitted composite hose extrusion line, PA three-layer straight / corrugated tube extrusion line, battery conductive column plastic-coated extrusion line and other high-end projects, and has achieved dozens of sets of batch delivery. In terms of medical tubes, we have successfully developed micro (≤1.0mm) three-layer medical developing tube and six-cavity catheter extrusion line, further improving the technical level and competitiveness of our own brand medical tubes extrusion line.
